Warsaw dissolves contract with Museum of Modern Art architect

Keraz has built buildings before.I think he is fully capable  of “chaining the competition concept into a realistic building design”

Shame on you Warsaw.

Jesus Diaz’s Mountain Lion review | 52 Tiger

In tech blogosphere, when everybody is excited about new product and you are the only one complaining about it, it’s easy to gain publicity. There are a lot of idiots out there.

If my mom can walk into [Frank Gehry’s] Bilbao and be utterly blown away and inspired, that’s far more interesting to me than my mom walking into a Ken Yeang building with the knowledge that it’s the greenest building on the planet, had LEED diamond certification, and reuses all its toilet water as drinking water.
interview with mark GAGE
I believe building intelligence is an important part of design strategy, though people tent to justify building by its appearance. And that’s fine.

About

Super Deformed (Wiki)

Super deformed or SD is a specific style of Japanese caricature where characters are drawn in an exaggerated way, typically small and chubby, with stubby limbs and oversized heads, to make them resemble small children. This style is referred to as chibi by anime fans.

In nuclear physics a superdeformed nucleus is a nucleus that is very far from spherical, forming an ellipsoid with axes in ratios of approximately 2:1:1. Normal deformation is approximately 1.3:1:1. Only some nuclei can exist in superdeformed states.

Super Deformed (for me)

The forms occurring in nature can be represented in the form of mathematical notation. Even when the forms occurring in nature can be simplified to basic geometric shapes, in fact, never occur in that form. Natural forms are subjected to continuous deformation and mutation as a result of adaptation to the already existing conditions. In Architecture finding the properties of these deformations serves me to emphasize the different functional properties of the proposed facility.
